Refurbished Perfect Chairs include a Manufacturer's 90 Day Limited Parts
Warranty. Parts are covered for 90 Days from the original date of purchase.
Extended Warranties can be purchased to extend the parts and in home labor
service portion of the warranty to a total of 5 years. The warranty is not
valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond
the control of the manufacturer. The chair (or parts) will need to be returned
to the manufacturer for service by technicians. Chairs are packed for shipping
and require assembly.
New PC-420, PC-600 and PC-610 Perfect Chairs purchased after 01/31/2022 include a Manufacturer's 7 year limited warranty. The Chair Frame and Structure are covered for five years from the original date of purchase. In-Home Parts and Labor Service is covered for 5 Years from the date of purchase. The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of the manufacturer. The chair (or parts) will need to be returned to the manufacturer for service by technicians. Chairs are packed for shipping and require assembly.

For returns you will need the original box and packaging materials. It is highly recommended that you keep all packaging materials in case you should want to return the order.
