I received the iJoy Ride around 2 weeks ago. It was in new, undamaged condition. I am pleased with the machine as doing what is said it does, develop core muscles. I have in the past, rode horses for years. The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of the manufacturer. The product (or parts) may need to be returned to the manufacturer for service by technicians.
